Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for an SAP Specialist to join our Team. This person will be responsible for leading the SAP Implementation in new acquisitions. The role is a hands-on role and you will be required to travel monthly. Key responsibilities include;
- Lead the implementation of SAP Business One across the organisation.
- Build and manage the project platform related to the implementation of SAP.
- Work on a day-to-day basis with Master Users to effectively implement the solution into the business
- Help build robust documentation and process notes for each instance of SAP.
- Lead the training of team members on all SAP aspects. Identify Master Users at each Integration partner.
- Ensure suitable training and support sessions are implemented by Master trainers to all users at each integration partner.
- Implement and maintain connections from SAP to other business systems.
Education/Experience
Essential:
- Degree Qualified in a relevant subject.
- SQL Database Knowledge including ability to write SQL queries.
- Implementation, development, and maintenance experience of SAP Business One.
- Experience Integrating ERP with other solutions.
- Experience with both front and back end of SAP.
- Project Management Skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of Business Process Flows.
- Change management skills
- Ability to train team members
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot problems.
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Experience with other ERP Systems.
