Preparing to Order

You need to know the size of your biopsy channel and the length of your patient tube. For example, a VET-8028 endoscope is 1.5m long and has a 2.8mm channel. It requires a channel instrument not greater than 2.3mm by at least 1800mm – so that there is enough length to reach through the scope and into the patient. 

Please note…

• If you have a 1mm channel, you can use 1mm channel instruments.
• If you have a 2mm channel, you need to use 1.8mm instruments.
• If you have a 2.8mm you can use 2.3mm instruments or thinner.
