I joined IMV imaging in February 2010.

My role involves looking after customer service and our distribution. Over the telephone I deal with enquiries such as product service, repairs, maintenance and arranging service loan equipment.

I also deal with our distributors and their orders for our own IMV imaging produced equipment which is sold worldwide.

I have worked in logistics all my life, previously in the oil and gas industry and also the IT industry, always the first point of contact with the customer.
